The first minutes a fast paced game developed leading to chances on both ends. After going down 0:1, GAS managed to score twice via Desmond and Niklas.
Being up 2:1, a corner ball and subsequent shot was stopped with a handball from the Shamrock defender. To everyone's surprise no penalty was given from the ref. To make matters worse, right in the counter attack Shamrock scored the 2:2. Minutes later Shamrock scored another goal after some sloppiness in the defense line. GAS kept fighting and Markus scored via free kick and a header after a well placed cross from Steffen. With a 4:3 lead GAS went into went into halftime.
In the 2nd half Shamrock played well organised and capitalised twice on GAS players being to far from their men.
One header after a corner and one fast taken free kick and subsequent tap in after a header across the box put Shamrock upfront.
The luck was not on GAS' side when a header hit the cross bar and the Shamrock goalie blocked a shot in 1vs1 just minutes before the final whistle.

A game with the scoreline changing back and forth, with the better end for Shamrock who takes the three points.
